MISSION
Adequate, equitable, and accessible housing and community infrastructure for all people in Ōtepoti Dunedin, Aotearoa New Zealand.
PURPOSE
To benefit the community by providing, and make funds available for programmes which provide, affordable residential housing solutions to people and to community organisations and not-for-profit organisations who are in need by acquiring, owning, maintaining and developing land and buildings to provide residential housing and associated community facilities and premises for the use and benefit of people residing in the Dunedin Region.
SCOPE + OUTCOMES
In collaboration with partners, we will make OFT land available for the development of affordable housing and community facilities that meet the needs of all Dunedin residents. Our goal is to create a thriving and sustainable community where everyone has access to affordable housing and community amenities.
